Four Generations of Determination Almost a century ago, Giovanni Briguglio, Sr. began working on the massive blocks of Bianco Statuario Marble in Carrara, Italy. In 1932, he and his family moved back to his hometown of Messina, and shortly thereafter, the Briguglio’s reputation in the marble industry made its mark. They were known for their exquisite, hand-chiseled craftsmanship of statues, marble floors, countertops, staircases and all things marble.
